Ken Goldman Lunchtime at the Justice CaféKen Goldman, an affiliate member of the Horror Writers Association, has homes on the Main Line in Pennsylvania and at the Jersey shore depending upon his mood and the track of the sun. His stories appear in over 555 independent press publications in the U.S., Canada, the UK, and Australia with over twenty due for publication in 2010. His book of short stories, "You Had Me At ARRGH!! : Five Uneasy Pieces by Ken Goldman" (Sam's Dot Publishers) remains an all-time top ten best seller at The Genre Mall where (shameless plug alert) it can be purchased. Australia's Precision Pictures has contracted Ken's short story "The Keeper" to be filmed (hopefully) during 2011, and in June 2010 Damnation books published his novella "Desiree" (in downloadable eBook; print and Kindle editions are available on Amazon.com). Ken would be famous except for the fact nobody seems to know who he is. |

Bianca Luedeker The Dinner Guest
Bianca Luedeker has lived her whole life in the small town of Sedona, Arizona, home of the Zaki Gordon Institute for Independent Filmmaking. Before attending the Zaki Gordon Institute, Bianca spent seven years at Northern Arizona University where received three degrees: a bachelor’s in math education, a masters in mathematics, and a masters in statistics. Bianca is a self-taught make-up effects artist specializing in practical gore effects. She is inspired by the works of Tom Savini, Dick Smith, and Peter Jackson. It is her dream to master the effect of the exploding head. After discovering the book, “Grande Illusions” by Tom Savini when she was fourteen, Bianca began studying make-up effects and filmmaking. She completed two zombie films before attending the Zaki Gordon Institute in the fall of 2008. There Bianca made her third zombie film, “The Dinner Guest”, which won four school awards including best screenplay, best actress, best production design, and best picture. Bianca came back to Zaki Gordon in the fall of 2010 to make a documentary about horror movie special effects artists. In this documentary, she will confront her fears of leaving home and venture to Los Angles to meet her heroes. Bianca first saw her year at Zaki Gordon as a break from mathematics and was planning on going back to school to get a PhD. However, after the success of “The Dinner Guest”, Bianca is now planning to do a feature length version…and then get a PhD.

Rebecca Schwab Funeral HatsRebecca Schwab is three weeks shy of an MFA in Fiction from West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV. Originally, she's from a small town near Buffalo, NY, and plans to return there after she graduates. Why? Because nine months of snow, a rusty economy, and high taxes blow her skirt up. Also, because it's home. Her future plans may include but are not limited to: delivering grapes with her father, owning a breakfast diner, working at a greenhouse, becoming a dog foster mom, and writing more stories about the everyday grotesque. 69FoP is her first place of publication, but with any luck, not her last. |
