Gary BunkerTime for a ChangeBorn on the south coast of England in 1967, I came to Sydney when I was twenty and loved it so much I decided to stay - but, since my family still live in the UK, I travel back whenever I can. I came from a place called Fareham, a naval town with plenty of history and lots (and lots) of great pubs. My family all live in that area still, I'm the only escapee in the bunch. For the past ten years I've worked in the field of user experience design, researching user patterns and needs and ensuring they get considered in software, websites and devices. As a ten year old once said to me, "Man you must get paid a lot – that sounds so boring". My family means everything to me, and I am constantly thankful to have them around me. I am father to five wonderful, colorful, loving, frustrating and totally insane children, and husband to an amazing woman, Andrea. We currently live in the Illawarra region, a wonderful location south of Sydney Australia with outstanding beaches. |
